You can call us directly on 01723 336 165 to provide your card details. Once your card is registered with us, it will be linked to your account, enabling automatic payments for future invoices on their due dates.
Self-Service
- Go to https://my.itsolutionsyorkshire.uk
- Click on "Billing" in the main menu.
- Select "Payment Methods".
- Click "Add New Credit Card" and follow the prompts.
We securely process all card payments through Stripe, so no card information is stored on IT Solutions Yorkshire servers, nor can our team access your card details. Once set up, your card will automatically be debited when invoices are due.
If you wish to remove your card from the system, please raise a support ticket and our team will assist you.
